【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreemethods(twotitrimetricandonepotentiometric)forthedeterminationoftheacidityinanimalandvegetablefatsandoils,hereinafterreferredtoasfats.Theacidityisexpressedpreferablyasacidvalue,oralternativelyasaciditycalculatedconventionally.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletorefinedandcrudevegetableoranimalfatsandoils,soapstockfattyacidsortechnicalfattyacids.Themethodsarenotapplicabletowaxes.Sincethemethodsarecompletelynon-specific,theycannotbeusedtodifferentiatebetweenmineralacids,freefattyacids,andotherorganicacids.Theacidvalue,therefore,alsoincludesanymineralacidsthatmaybepresent.
