【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesbasicrequirementsforthebrakingofpassengercoachesintrainshauledbylocomotivesasdescribedinEN14198,usingUICairbrakes(RICtraffic)operatingonroutesoftheEuropeanrailwaysandtheirinfrastructuresystems.NormativeAnnexEisprovidedforpassengercoacheslimitedtointernaluseintheUK.ThisEuropeanStandardcovers:?allnewvehicledesignsofthepassengercoachtypeofconstruction(daycoaches,restaurantcars,sleepercoaches,drivingtrailers,baggagecars,couchettecoaches);?allnewconstructionsofexistingvehicletypes;?othervehicles(e.g.motorailvehicles)thatmayalsobeincludedinpassengertrains;?allmajoroverhaulsoftheabove-mentionedvehiclesiftheyinvolveredesigningorextensivealterationtothebrakesystem1ofthevehicleconcerned.Thevehiclesmeetthefollowingtechnicalcriteria:?inclusionintrainsinaccordancewithEN14198inregularrailwayoperationispossible(couplingcapacity);?themaximumspeedisbetween100km/hand200km/h;?thelowervehiclelimitationsofprEN15273-1,prEN15273-2,prEN15273-3areadheredto.

【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationestablishesrequirementsforfabricatedfittingsintendedforusewithoutside-diametercontrolledpolyethylenepipeandtubing.Thesefittingsaremanufacturedbyheat-fusionjoiningshape-modifiedpolyethylenecomponentspreparedfrompipe,moldedfittings,sheet,orblock.Includedarerequirementsformaterials,design,workmanship,minimumdimensions,marking,testmethods,andqualitycontrol.1.2Pressureratingofthefabricated-fittingdesignisbeyondthescopeofthisstandardandshallbeestablishedbythefittingmanufacturer.Thisspecificationincludesrequirementsforbothroomtemperatureandelevatedtemperaturepressure-teststodemonstrateareasonablelevelofperformanceofthefabricated-fittingdesignatthepressureratingestablishedbythefittingmanufacturer.1.3Thepressure-testsrequirementsarespecifiedbyDR.TheDRspecifiedisthatofthepipingsystemforwhichthefabricatedfittingisintendedtobebutt-fused.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.5Units8212;Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitswhichareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.6Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
