【摘要】:ThisCodedefinestheproceduresfortheaccuratetestingofionexchangeequipmentforthepurposeofdetermininglevelofperformance.ThistestCodeappliestoionexchangeequipmentandsystemsthatareutilizedfor:(a)Theconditioningofmakeup,feedwaterand/orsteamcondensateinaconventionalfossilfuelcycle.(b)Theconditioningofmakeup,feedwaterand/orsteamcondensateinanuclearcycle,primarycoolantpurification,core-bypasspurificationanduseinwastemanagementsystems.(c)Theconditioningofprocesswaters.Ionexchangesystemswilltypicallyconsistofallequipment,includingservice,regenerationandresinstoragevessels;andincludesallpiping,pumps,valves,controls,instrumentationandionexchangeresins.ThisCodeappliestotheperformanceofionexchangeequipmentatdesign,minimumormaximumflowrates,dependingonthepurposeofthetest,withregardtooneormoreofthefollowing:(a)Waterquality,influentandeffluent(b)pressuredrop,flowandtemperature(c)Operatingionexchangecapacity(d)Regenerationefficiency(e)resinvolumeandtesting(f)Backwashandrinseproperties(g)Regenerantpurityandsolutionconcentrations(h)Resintransferequipment
