【摘要】:Theball-surfaceinteractionisjustoneoftheimportantpropertiesofasportssurface.Itmaybeanindicatoroftheplayabilityorsuitabilityofthesurface.Manufacturersofsportingballsmayusethismethodtoevaluatetheeffectsofdesignchangesonthereboundheightproduced.Manufacturersofsportssurfacesmayusethismethodtoevaluatetheeffectsofdesignchangesinthesportssurfacesystemonthereboundheightproduced.Thetendencyofmodernfacilitiestosupportmultiplesportsonasinglesurfacemayrequirethattestsurfacesbetestedforseveraltypesofsportingballs.Examplesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:basketball,soccer,tennis,andbaseball.Themeasurementofreboundheightmaybeaffectedifthetemperatureoftheballhasnotreachedequilibriumwiththeenvironment.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthequantitativemeasurementandnormalizationoftheverticalreboundproducedduringimpactsbetweenathleticballsandathleticsurfaces.1.2Measurementsmaybeconductedonnonathleticsurfacestotesttheperformancepropertiesoftheball.1.3Measurementsmaybeconductedusingnonathleticballstotesttheperformancepropertiesofthesurface.1.4Themethodsdescribedareapplicableinbothlaboratoryandfieldsettings.1.5Thevaluesstatedinmetricunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforreferenceonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssingle-cellprecastconventionallyreinforcedconcretethree-sidedstructuresintendedtobeusedfortheconstructionofculvertsandfortheconveyanceofstormwater.1.2AcompletemetriccompaniontoSpecificationC1504hasbeendevelopedC1504M;therefore,nometricequivalentsarepresentedinthisspecification.Note18212;Thisspecificationisprimarilyamanufacturingandpurchasingspecification.Thesuccessfulperformanceofthisproductdependsupontheproperselectionofthegeometricsection,bedding,backfill,andcarethattheinstallationconformstotheconstructionspecifications.Thepurchaseroftheprecastreinforcedconcretethree-sidedstructurespecifiedhereiniscautionedthathemustproperlycorrelatetheloadingconditionsandthefieldrequirementswiththegeometricsectionspecifiedandprovideforinspectionattheconstructionsite.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
