【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaComponentInterfaceSpecification(CIS)forenergymanagementsystemsapplicationprograminterfaces.ThispartofIEC61970specifiestheformatandrulesforproducingamachinereadableformoftheCommonInformationModel(CIM)asspecifiedintheIEC61970-301standard.ItdescribesaCIMvocabularytosupportthedataaccessfacilityandassociatedCIMsemantics.ThispartofIEC61970supportsamechanismforapplicationsfromindependentsupplierstoaccessCIMmetadatainacommonformatandwithstandardservicesforthepurposeofsubsequentCIMdataaccess.SecondaryobjectivesaretoprovideCIMversioningcapabilitiesandamechanismthatiseasilyextensibletosupportsite-specificneeds.Theproposedsolution:?isbothmachinereadableandhumanreadable,althoughprimarilyintendedforprogrammaticaccess;?canbeaccessedusinganytoolthatsupportstheDocumentObjectModel(DOM)applicationprograminterface;?isself-describing;?takesadvantageofcurrentwebstandards.ThisdocumentistheLevel2ComponentInterfaceSpecificationdocumentthatdescribesinnarrativeterms(withtextandexamplesbasedontheCIM),thedetaileddefinitionoftheCIMmetadatainterfacetobestandardized.
